All athletes respond differently so to cope with that we have an individualized approach in order to get the best out of them. From day one we’re trying to mold the athlete mentally and physically into championship form. This requires special attention to their daily lives and habits. Not to mention, understanding their personality and how they deal with success and failure; fatigue and struggle; pressure and anxiety; pain and discomfort. Our goal is to get the athlete to perform at their best level mentally and physically. Training Philosophy Go hard or go home! Do you want to be in 1st place or 2nd place? These are some of the common phrases you might hear me saying from time to time. Why? Because whether I’m training a child, businessman, or an athlete, I demand that they give their all. In order to achieve the goals of my client, I take them to places they never imagined they would go. Athletic Philosophy To be a great athlete you have to be willing to give yourself up. You have to be ready to surrender yourself to your coaches. Be coachable! Be willing to learn the sport and master the fundamentals of the sport. Understand that your lifestyle, personality, and mentality may be what’s holding you back from success. In order to be best, you’ve got to train like the best.
