My name is Badr Khattab and I’m 16 years old. I play slot receiver for the Jeddah American Football Team. I’m 3rd generation member of the team because my two older brothers, Bandar & Bakr Khattab, also played on the team.

I’ve played 3 games so far: Jordan Barracudas, the U.A.E. Falcons, and the Kazakhstan Titans. I’ve been training with Coach Abdullah for 4 years. In the beginning, I didn’t really get close to Coach Abdullah, but the more time I spent with him, the more I have improved. He has taught me self-discipline, how to push to the limit, never give up on myself, and many other good things. He made me be a better “me”.

His number one rule is to be coachable. I had to give in; I had to trust him. He saw potential in me and so he knew where he wanted to take me.
